Healthcare Operations
To conduct administrative, compliance, quality assurance, peer review, credentialing, and educational activities, including participation in ACGME-accredited surgical training.
Trauma System & Multidisciplinary Coordination
As a reconstructive service integrated within a Level I trauma system, PHI may be shared with affiliated hospitals and multidisciplinary care teams when necessary to coordinate treatment.
All disclosures occur in compliance with institutional privacy standards and federal regulations.
